Our Patient Reception area is located at 101 Elm Street.

This is located two blocks north of Dundas Street West, just east of University Avenue.

The nearest subway stop is St. Patrick on the Yonge/ University/ Spadina line. Come out of the subway at the northeast corner and walk two blocks north. You will be walking away from the CN Tower and towards Queen's Park.

The Clinics are in operation Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some exclusions. These exclusions include, but are not limited to, public holidays, examination periods for students, Faculty Development days, weather related closures. If you are in doubt as to whether or not your appointment will take place, please call:-

a) your student provider for confirmation

b) Patient Reception at the above number

c) the telephone number of the Clinic in which your appointment will take place (shown at the top of your appointment card)

d) in winter, 416-979-SNOW (416-979-7669). This is the University's weather reporting system and it will tell you if the University and, therefore, the Faculty Clinics are closed.
