Dr. Victoria Mueller Carson

The spring 2006 issue of St. Michael's (page 30) featured an article about the late Dr. Victoria Mueller Carson. Many of the faculty and staff currently working at the College did not have the privilege of knowing Dr. Carson but upon reading the article they soon joined with those who were fortunate enough to know her personally in being touched by what was written.
As a result of this, the focus of the 2006/07 Faculty and Staff Campaign is to purchase a bench in Dr. Carson’s memory. The bench will be located near the 150th Anniversary Garden, itself a gift from the faculty and staff to the College, and will be a physical, visible reminder of her presence on the campus and of the many contributions she made to the history and life of the College.
