During the fall and winter sessions a reference librarian is usually on duty at the Reference Desk:
Monday to Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
During the summer session there is usually a reference librarian available each day until 5:00 p.m. Please contact us to confirm availability (416) 926-1300 ext. 3456.
Patrons can ask a reference librarian for assistance in using the online catalogue, finding journal articles, or locating appropriate web sites.

Delivery of items from the Mississauga or Scarborough campus libraries is available using the "Request Item" feature in the online catalogue. Items are picked up at Robarts Library.
To request items not available at the University of Toronto use the online request form. If you are a first-time user, click on the button to register. There is no charge to obtain a book on interlibrary loan; there is a $5.00 charge to obtain a photocopy of a journal article. Items are picked up at Robarts Library.
