Meal Plan options are available for students, faculty or staff who are not residents of the University of St Michael’s College but who wish to enjoy the benefit of a meal plan.
The University of St Michael’s College and Sodexho believe that nutritious, appetizing food is essential to your overall satisfaction with campus life. By choosing a campus meal plan, you are making one of the soundest financial choices you can make. When compared to the alternatives, campus meal plans provide superior value, variety and convenience.
Meals in the first term begin with breakfast on the first Tuesday after Labour Day, until after the final Arts & Science class in November/December. During the second term, meals begin on the first day of Arts & Science classes, and end after the final Arts and Science class in April/May. (Additional meal plans can be purchased for exam periods in December and May if required.) Meal service includes the Thanksgiving and Easter weekends.
Choose the plan that meets your unique dining style - "all you care to eat" meals in the Canada Room Dining Hall, Flex Dollars to spend in our conveniently located retail locations, or a combination that offers the value of traditional meals with the flexibility of Flex Dollars.

How Your Meal Plan Operates | Getting Set up | The Canada Room | Special Events Calendar | Special Needs | Staying Healthy and Eating Right!
The Canada Room is an all-you-care-to-eat facility. When you enter the Dining Room, the cashier will scan your T-Card, which is also your Meal Card. Once in the Dining Room, you may choose whatever you wish to eat from the range of possibilities offered. The only limitations are that we do ask you to select one hot entrée at a time then come back for seconds also you cannot take food out of the Canada Room. (It’s quite acceptable though to take your ice-cream cone to finish as you walk, this is our only exception.)
T-Card Rules
There are a few common sense rules governing the use of T-Cards.
Getting Set Up
To access your meal plan you will need a University of Toronto “T-Card” (Robarts Library Card) You will need to get your T-Card before you can activate your meal plan, as your T-Card will also be your meal card.
