ham and asparagus mousse piped on a filo pastry.

a blend of smoked salmon, dill & cream cheese on a pastry.

PEKING DUCK CREPE:

roasted duck slices in hoisin sauce mixed in with spring mix and wrapped in a rice paper roll.


HERBED GOAT CHEESE BAGUETTE:

piped herb goat cheese garnished with diced tomatoes on round toast.

SHRIMP SALSA:

salsa sauce with baby shrimp served on a slice of cucumber.


SMOKED SALMON ROSETTE:

sliced smoked salmon topped with capers served on pumpernickel bread.
