Tuition fees and incidental fees are published annually in keeping with policies set by the member schools of the Toronto School of Theology. Please consult the fees schedule, available through the Student Services Officer of the Faculty or below.

Graduation Application
Students who fulfilled their program requirements must apply to graduate. The application serves to alert the Student Services Officer to review applicant’s academic record for the purpose of granting a degree/diploma/certificate. Students who have questions regarding program requirements may contact their Faculty Advisor or the Director of Basic or Advanced Degree Programs before applying.

Download the Graduation Application Form. This form is also available from the Student Services Officer.

The deadline for submission of the graduation application, in time for the annual graduation ceremonies in November is the second Friday in September.

After veryifying an applicant’s academic record, the Student Services Officer
will reply to the applicant confirming eligibility to convocate.


Library Carrel Bursaries
Library Carrel Bursaries are available to Advanced Degree students of the
Faculty of Theology. The carrels were made possible by a significant
donation of the Basilian Fathers of the University of St. Michael’s College
and are located in the Kelly Library. An application form is available
through from the Student Services Officer.  Deadline to apply is the third
Friday in September of each academic year.
